Designing the end-to-end experience for a relocation software platform.
Relocating to a new country involves dozens of moving parts — visas, housing, school searches, banking, local registrations. Relokate set out to bring all of this into one platform, serving both employees moving abroad and the HR teams managing their transitions. The challenge was designing workflows complex enough to handle real-world edge cases while feeling approachable for stressed, time-poor users.
The platform serves two distinct audiences: relocating employees navigating their move, and HR coordinators tracking multiple cases at once. I designed dual-view dashboards that give each user type exactly what they need — personal checklists and milestone tracking for employees; case management, document oversight, and team communication tools for HR.
A strong information architecture was the foundation. By mapping every user journey end-to-end before touching Figma, we avoided the trap of building screens in isolation — every flow connected logically to the next.
The finished product handles the full relocation lifecycle — from initial offer acceptance through to settled-in status — with a consistent, calming UI that reduces anxiety at every step. The design system scales across mobile and desktop, ensuring employees can check progress on the go while HR managers work through complex cases at their desks.
