TrustYou is a hospitality AI platform used by thousands of hotels worldwide to manage guest feedback, reviews, and direct bookings. The challenge was to simplify dense data dashboards into intuitive workflows that both hotel managers and front-desk staff could use confidently — without extensive training.
Working embedded within the product team, I translated complex analytics and AI-generated insights into clear, actionable UI patterns. The focus was on reducing cognitive load — surfacing what matters most at a glance, while keeping advanced features accessible for power users. Each screen went through multiple rounds of stakeholder feedback and user testing before reaching production.
The redesigned platform features cleaner information architecture, faster task flows, and a consistent component system that scales across product areas.
